Removal of Planning Condition

Bloomfields has secured permission for the removal of a planning condition to enable the use of a flat roof area as an external amenity space to serve a residential apartment.

Direct access was already achieved to the flat roof area from the apartment, but the condition restricted it’s use for maintenance purposes only and that it should not be used as an outside amenity area.

The permission has significantly improved the residential amenities for existing and future occupants of this first floor flat by providing outside private space, which as the events of the Covid-19 pandemic have shown, outside space is vital.
