Danielle joined Bloomfields at the start of 2023 as a Senior Planner, having merged her own east Kent planning consultancy firm with Bloomfields. Danielle has a MSc in Spatial Planning, obtained at the Bartlett School of Planning, and is a full Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

  • Full Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) since 2016.
  • Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA).


Danielle has over 17 years planning experience, with 12 years working in Local Planning Authorities (Ashford Borough Council, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, and Runnymede Borough Council) and five years in the private sector. Immediately prior to joining Bloomfields, Danielle ran her own consultancy firm specialising in contract town planning services for local planning authorities, planning application submissions, and neighbourhood planning in Kent.

Danielle has Town Planning experience in policy, major development schemes and householder schemes and is particularly knowledgeable on minor development, including PD Rights, Change of Use schemes and Neighbourhood Development Plans.

Danielle has recently completed a contract development management role at the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, working on the major development schemes forming part of the emerging Garden City.

In addition to planning, Danielle has a keen interest in lower-tier local government and has previously spent four years at Broadstairs & St. Peter’s Town Council, project managing a multi-million pound Community Asset Transfer from Thanet District Council to a commercial and community hub. In order to support this, Danielle obtained her Certificate in Local Council Administration (CilCA) in 2018.
