Permission granted for house re-model in National Landscape (AONB) to double internal floorspace
| Bloomfields were delighted to collaborate with a local architectural practice to transform a detached bungalow within the National Landscape. Together, we successfully secured consent for a sensitively designed scheme featuring significant roof alterations, and a substantial two storey rear extension.
The approved re-model delivered three generous bedrooms, and a family bathroom in the new roof space, alongside a modern, reconfigured ground floor layout which elevates the home’s functionality as a family home for our clients. The team were then pleased to obtain further consent to refine the approved scheme, enabling the creation of an even larger master suite, complete with an ensuite and dressing room. Delivering a transformative final design which, once completed, would double the floorspace of the original dwelling. |
