Pre-Application Advice

For many schemes it is often expected that pre-application discussions will be undertaken prior to the submission of a formal application. We are able to provide pre-application advice to our clients and make submissions on their behalf.

This process enables us to engage with planning officers at an early stage allowing or a better overall understanding of the proposal to be made. The pre-applications negotiations ensure that an agreement can be reached on the nature and extent of supporting information required as part of the final planning submission.
