Attention – Swale Borough Council is carrying out a Call for Sites exercise, to ensure that they have considered all potential development sites within Swale. This event is running up until 5pm on 14th November 2024. As part of this, they welcome the submission of new sites.
They have identified a particular interest in sites:
- within Sittingbourne Town Centre and the wider urban area.
- Rural Park Home sites (with good access to essential services).
However, you can submit new sites for any type of future use including for housing, employment and the travelling community, for anywhere in the Borough.
