A mixed use scheme

Outline proposals were approved for a mixed use scheme, on the site of a car park in a maritime town.

The scheme comprised 3,500 sq.m of retail development (Classes A1 and A2) with ancillary parking and residential development to include 120 apartments and 26 townhouses.

The site was of strategic importance in the Masterplan proposals for the local authority, and the proposals draw on the ambitions of the Town Centre and Waterfront Development Brief.
