Having successfully submitted a planning application to the local council to achieve an extension to a packhouse, Bloomfields was instructed to deal with the discharge of various pre-occupation conditions.
Given the technical aspect of the acoustic condition, Bloomfields managed a suitably qualified consultant to ensure that adequate representation could be made to the Local Planning Authority to ensure our client’s position could be justified. This was important given the sensitivity of the local landscape and proximity of neighbours.
Bloomfields also prepared a landscape plan to support the proposal which needed careful thought, given the previous identification of protected species on site. Open dialogue with the Council resulted in discharge of the conditions in a timely manner and without problems.
