Bloomfield’s have successfully advised and obtained a Certificate of Lawful Existing Use on a property which obtained planning permission in 1981 with an Agricultural Occupancy Condition.

The Local Planning Authority have recognised that on the balance of probabilities, the occupiers residing in the property have been in breach of the AOC in excess of ten years, so issued a certificate which recognises the in breach and that the occupation is now lawful.
