Bloomfields assist in obtaining permission for replacement dwelling

Bloomfields were approached to provide planning policy justification for the demolition of a 20th Century dwelling and the erection of a contemporary replacement dwelling in the Cotswold National Landscape.

Working with a wider consultant team, Bloomfields were able to successfully put forward an argument for the proposed development in light of national and local planning policy and furthermore demonstrate that it would not result in harm to the National Landscape or cause harm to the setting and significance of nearby designated heritage assets.

Planning permission was subsequently granted by Local Planning Authority subject to conditions.
