Bloomfields have gained approval for the conversion of a redundant agricultural building to a residential annex within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The approval followed significant negotiation with the Local Authority regarding the design and the retention of the original rural character of the building before a suitable scheme was agreed.

Within the application Bloomfields provided a robust case with supporting information to prove that the annex would be a suitable use and the scheme was subsequently approved by members at Planning Committee.
