Full planning permission has been granted for the conversion and alteration of a redundant stable building to a single dwelling, located within the Metropolitan Green Belt.
Within the application, Bloomfields provided a detailed case to ensure that the conversion of the building was in accordance with current national planning policy and that the proposed alterations would not result in disproportionate additions to the original building.
Careful consideration was given to the proposed external alterations to ensure that they respected the rural character of the area and the original form and nature of the building.
As part of the application, Bloomfields demonstrated landscape and ecological enhancements to the site and wider area.
