Conversion of modern agricultural buildings into two homes

Initially approaching Lambert & Foster with a view to marketing his bungalow,  the client then instructed Bloomfields to identify a means of uplifting the commercial value of the site. Our client has now benefited from an exercise which has utilised relaxations in planning legislation in order to maximise the commercial value of the site. This has provided an attractive opportunity for developers to convert two large atcost buildings into spacious dwellings, whilst Bloomfields has a remaining strategy in place for any prospective purchaser to replace the buildings with one or two new purpose-built homes.
