This building on the edge of a farm in the High Weald AONB, was converted in 2005 from livestock stabling to a holiday let, which allowed guests to occupy the building. However, due to increased competition for holiday accommodation in the area, this small-scale holiday let was no longer feasible. Instead, Bloomfields helped achieve the transformation from a holiday let to a dwelling house. With minimal internal and external changes, the character and traditional conversion was maintained in accordance to previous work. With vehicular access and hard standing already in place, the building provided an ideal site for an additional permanent residential house.
