Having successfully obtained permission for a replacement access and hardstanding, Bloomfields was instructed to deal with the discharge of conditions in connection with the site’s visual amenity.
Bloomfields drafted a robust landscaping plan accompanied by a planting schedule which led to a number of key issues being addressed. This included the planting of a variety of native species of hedgerow to provide screening due to the sensitivity of the local landscape and proximity to neighbours, which in turn led to a positive impact in terms of enhancing biodiversity in the area.
Open dialogue with the Council resulted in discharge of the conditions in a timely and problem-free manner.
