A lawful development certificate has been issued by Wealden District Council for the use of a mobile home with associated structures and garden area as a dwellinghouse.
A mobile home had been installed on site and used as dwellinghouse in associated with the agricultural holding and farm shop for a number of years. Bloomfields successfully provided enough evidence to confirm its use as a dwellinghouse with ancillary garden area and structures.
