Listed building permission granted

Our clients had lived in their Grade II listed farmhouse for many years. When they decided to sell their property, we advised that alterations carried out some 20 years ago should have had Listed Building Consent. Our good relationship with the Council and Conservation Officer resulted in a productive pre-application meeting. The subsequent submission of a Listed Building application supported by a Heritage Statement and drawings resulted in a successful outcome, with Listed Building Consent approved. This has enabled the sale of the property to proceed smoothly and stress-free!
