Materials, Drainage & Biodiversity Conditions Discharged For Traditional Kentish Stables

Following earlier success at obtaining permission for a large new equestrian barn with 6 stables, a tack room, hay store and an office on a second floor, Bloomfields were instructed to further progress the scheme and discharge the conditions necessary to commence development.

The team effectively negotiated details of external materials which would on a balance be sympathetic to the local area and meet the client’s desires. Bloomfields also presented a favourable scheme of ecological enhancements which would improve the biodiversity value of the site and a surface water drainage scheme which the Council found to be satisfactory.
