Permission granted for relocation of an agricultural and residential access in the High Weald National Landscape

After achieving planning success elsewhere on their site, our clients approached us to relocate their existing access track away from their home.

Bloomfields were successful in demonstrating that the new access would be in keeping with the setting of the National Landscape (formerly AONB) and that the proposed landscaping would provide an enhancement over the existing access, together with an improvement to the amenities of their home.
