Another successful outcome obtained, to convert an agricultural building to a modest 2-bedroom dwelling under Class Q Permitted Development provisions. With the application, Bloomfields provided strong justification that the proposed dwelling would constitute Permitted Development, and that the building is structurally sound and capable of development. This permission has allowed another local farming family to significantly increase the value of their holding in the face of the difficult times arising from the Covid-19 pandemic.
