Planning permission secured for new home in Ticehurst

Drawings by Bloomfields; backdrop created by AI
Bloomfields is very pleased to have secured planning permission with Rother District Council for a detached four-bedroom home in the garden of an existing property in Ticehurst. The project progressed from pre-application advice to a full planning application, contributing to the council’s housing land supply, while complying with national and local planning policies.
The house has been designed to remain sympathetic to the character of the area and protect its surroundings due to the location within the High Weald National Landscape. Landscaping helps to separate the two dwellings, as well as enhancing the biodiversity of the site, resulting in an attractive and sustainable development proposal.
