Replacement of garage block with terrace of 3 dwellings

Full planning permission has been granted for the demolition of two existing blocks of garages and the erection of three, two storey dwellings in their place with associated parking and amenity space.

The application site is located adjacent to existing dwellings and open countryside.

Careful consideration was given to the design and siting of the proposed new homes, which are designed at a 90-degree angle to the neighbouring properties to make best use of natural daylight and sunlight.

Within the application a robust case was made in support of the new dwellings.
