Bloomfields has successfully discharged three separate planning conditions attached to a recent Bloomfield permission achieved for the change of use of two redundant farm buildings buildings in East Sussex, located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to a commercial mixed storage facility for caravans, containers and motorhomes as a farm diversification.
Working closely with our client’s ecologist and landscape architect, acceptable schemes were provided to the LPA for hard and soft landscaping, materials as well as for biodiversity net gain ecological enhancements.
The application was closely monitored during the 8 week determination period and the application was approved on time allowing for the conversion works to commence which should hopefully mean the storage facility might be operation by the early spring. A much welcomed source of diverse income, from two dilapidated buildings to assist the farm business.
