Bloomfields has recently secured permission through Prior Notification from Maidstone Borough Council for a pair of agricultural buildings to serve as a secure machinery store and hay barn. Collectively accumulating to some 800 square metres of development, these buildings will now support the applicant’s continental beef herd.

The buildings were well designed and sited by our in-house architectural team for their agricultural use and we were pleased to secure agricultural storage so close to the public highway, enabling great access provision.

The application was determined within the 28-day determination period and this enabled our client to commence works very quickly following our instruction.
