Bloomfields received unanimous support at Planning Committee for a new access, area of hardstanding and a farm fueling depot to support a major horticultural business.
This application was carefully designed to move current activity on site away from the nearest residents whilst meeting the operational needs of the client. We also made a retrospective application to keep an area of hardstanding for the storage of fruit bins which was also approved at committee. This was despite objections to both proposals from local neighbours.
Bloomfields managed a range of consultants including acoustic and lighting technicians and a landscape architect.
