Variation of Conditions approved for apartment development in Littlestone

Planning permission had previously been secured to redevelop this former care home site (with care home residents successfully relocated to upgraded facilities nearby) resulting in the provision of 19 apartments in Folkstone and Hythe District Council.

As the project progressed, further permission was required to refine the scheme, including improvements to the roof design, upgrades to the building’s appearance and changes to the layout of a number of apartments to create better-quality living accommodation.

Once these revisions had been approved by the Council, the necessary construction arrangements were subsequently approved, enabling the project to successfully progress towards implementation.
