Consultation has commenced for the Core Strategy Review Examination 2021. Main Modifications were published on the 1st October, with the consultation due to run for six weeks until 5pm on Monday 15th November 2021.
In total there are 21 Main Modifications, covering a variety of matters including the Spatial Strategy & Housing, the Economic Growth Strategy, Infrastructure Provision, Otterpool Development Requirements, Dungeness, amendments to the wording of various development management policies (including rural and tourism development) and the nutrient issues affecting water quality at the Stodmarsh designated sites.
