Rottingdean Parish Council have submitted their draft Neighbourhood Plan to Brighton and Hove City Council setting out a version for the future of the area and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Plan Regulations 2012 (as amended), the Rottingdean Neighbourhood Plan and associated documents will be subject to a 6-week consultation which started on Thursday 2 February 2023 and runs to Thursday 16th March.
