Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council is preparing a new Local Plan. The consultation runs from 10 November to midnight on 2 January 2026.
The new Local Plan will look ahead to 2042 and provides a long-term vision and growth strategy for new development in the borough, and provides a policy framework to help guide and shape the future of Tonbridge & Malling.
