The team have been successful in obtaining planning permission for eight new dwellings within the Metropolitan Green Belt for one client through the conversion of two commercial buildings adjacent to a Grade II Listed Building, to two separate dwellinghouses and the erection of six new dwellinghouses.

With the applications, robust cases were provided with supporting information detailing how the new dwellings represented limited infilling within the Green Belt and how the land would be optimised for residential use.

The new dwellings were carefully designed to ensure that they could be readily integrated into the area without compromising its rural character.
