Bloomfields have helped their client achieve planning permission for a large roof over a sand school in the Green Belt.  This facility will greatly assist the equestrian businesses use of their outdoor sand school which can now occur in greater weather extremities – sheltering horse, rider and instructor from the sun and rain.  Being located within such a sensitive landscape the case needed careful consideration in planning policy terms whilst a comprehensive business case greatly assisted the Council’s understanding in terms of need.  The case was approved under delegated powers.
