With everyone being confined to their houses far more over the last 18 months it’s no wonder people want to improve their home environment.  Whether this be creating a new home office in the garden, doing substantial re-modelling of your garden, undertaking building works to create more space (add value or just improve) or perhaps adding a swimming pool.  Many of these things may be possible using your ‘permitted development rights’ but this is not always the case and often a full planning application will be required. However, this shouldn’t necessarily stop your plans, and Bloomfields were able to assist their client in getting a large swimming pool in their garden.
