Our client was informed by their local Council that the planning application fee would be just short of £9,000.  Bloomfields prepared a rebuttal case to argue the fee should be substantially less and after some negotiation with the Council it was agreed that the fee would be £1,300.  This was a good example of where a well compiled legal argument and engagement with the Council yielded sensible results.
