Bloomfields have successfully obtained confirmation that Prior Approval is not required for the implementation of a TYPE 1MOT agricultural access track from an unclassified road.

This access track will facilitate the ongoing management of the holding and enable our client access to an existing agricultural barn which is set back from the road without poaching the surrounding land.

This application was determined within the requisite 28 day determination window and works have now started.
