After multiple refused prior notification applications, Bloomfields advised our client that the best way to approach development for their expanding farm business was to prepare a full application instead.

Bloomfields took the time to prepare robust agricultural justifications and gather background information on the farm, the farmers working there, and the requirements for the necessary infrastructure that would support the expansion.
