Bloomfields have gained full planning permission for the erection of an agricultural storage building within an existing yard area within the Metropolitan Green belt.  The approval followed significant negotiation with the Local Authority regarding the justification for the proposed building and the level of landscaping required before a suitable scheme was agreed.

Within the application Bloomfields provided a vigorous case with supporting information to prove that the new building was justified and would see a significant enhancement to the landscape through the provision of a covered storage area.
