Extension of curtilage and additions to a dwelling

Bloomfield’s have obtained full planning permission for the erection of three extensions to a dwelling previously allowed through the Class Q permitted development process. An extension and enlargement of residential curtilage was also achieved.

The scheme followed detailed pre-application discussions with the Council and throughout the scheme there was continued significant negotiation with the Local Authority before the scheme was finally agreed and approved.

Within the application, Bloomfield’s provided a resilient case with supporting information to ensure that a dwelling could be achieved which provided for a greater level of living accommodation and improved enjoyment from that previously allowed by the Council.
