Approval for new dwelling to side of property

Full planning permission has been gained by Bloomfields for the erection of a two-storey attached dwelling and associated parking within the side garden of our clients property which is in a residential area of Paddock Wood. The scheme followed significant negotiation with the Local Authority before a suitable scheme was agreed.

Within the application Bloomfields provided a robust case with supporting information to prove that the new dwelling would remain in keeping with the predominant residential character of the area.
