Class Q prior approval has been obtained with Maidstone Borough Council for the conversion of a three storey barn. Having obtained the principle of a dwellinghouse, Bloomfields then obtained full planning permission for the conversion of the barn with a two storey extension to provide 49% more floor space for the future occupiers.
