After obtaining a Lawful Development Certificate for the use of a former barn as an independent dwellinghouse, Bloomfields were approached to prepare an application for the change of use of agricultural land to garden land to be used in association with the dwellinghouse.

Bloomfields carefully presented a scheme of proposed landscaping works and Biodiversity Net Gain enhancements in order to demonstrate that the scheme would not have an adverse impact on the surrounding landscape character, nor the openness of the Green Belt.  While also that the section of land was not essential for agriculture.

The subsequent grant of planning permission will result in an invaluable enhancement to the amenities of present and future occupiers of the property.
