Bloomfields have secured permission for the alterations to existing agricultural access tracks, as well as the formation of new additional tracks.
Following an especially wet winter, the applicant was having difficulty accessing all areas of their holding. Whilst the applicant had started work to improve access around the holding, they were informed that planning permission was required for the works.
On instruction, Bloomfields were able to successfully demonstrate that the proposed tracks would not detract from the rural character of the locality, and that this work was vital for the continued efficiencies of agricultural activities ongoing at the site.
The permission provides the applicant access to all areas of their holding and removes the potential for any enforcement action to be taken against them.
