Bloomfields successfully obtained planning consent for two recreation halls to support seasonal workers accommodation at a large fruit farm. The recreation halls will provide amenity facilities for the seasonal agricultural workers, ensuring that they have a dedicated area to socialise and enjoy their down time outside of their main accommodation. The recreation halls not only improve welfare, they ensure that the farm is an attractive place to work to retain and invite workers, which is important for the running of the holding and is becoming increasingly more difficult in the current climate.
