The site comprises a corner position of agricultural land in the AONB, next to a pair of Grade II Listed cottages. It is outside the limits of built development and close to a conservation area boundary. The application proposed a change of use of land from agricultural to residential, together with the construction of a pair of two storey four-bedroom semi-detached dwellings with parking spaces. Bloomfields successfully achieved planning permission, granted under delegated powers.
