Our client owned a former agricultural and commercial dairy distribution unit sited within a rural location, and approached Bloomfields to provide them with the most suitable way to maximise the value and development potential of the existing buildings at the site.
Through careful consideration and substantial consultation with the Local Planning Authority, Bloomfields were able to secure the conversion of the redundant commercial dairy building to 3 no dwellings with associated parking and garden areas.
The scheme was approved under delegated powers and Bloomfields are now looking to further opportunities for re-development at the site.
