Bloomfields has successfully obtained Full Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the conversion of a curtilage listed stable building into a modest, single-bed holiday let.

Our planning and architectural teams provided a comprehensive assessment of how the proposed development could be actioned whilst maintaining the fabric of the historic farmyard complex.

This project completes a larger tourist development scheme. The scheme comprises of the conversion of a Sussex barn, and a curtilage listed traditional cattle barn into tourist accommodation.
