Bloomfields has successfully obtained full planning permission for the conversion of a traditional Sussex Barn into a 3 bed dwelling.
Bloomfields and our architectural team provided a comprehensive design to ensure the traditional conversion assimilated into its rural and working farm backdrop as well as ensuring all the internal traditional existing features were retained and enhanced.
The scheme was brought through the pre-app process with various amendments made as a result of feedback from the council’s planning officers. In addition, given the layout and internal restrictions of the Sussex Barn, further amendments were made during the determination period to provide an acceptable scheme to the Council.
The development has now been marketed for sale by Lambert & Foster.
