Extension to tractor shed and replacement hay barn

Bloomfields were approached after their client made an application to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council without the support of a planning consultant and which was refused.  On analysis of the case, it appeared that the Council had refused the case on a technicality relating to the way in which the applicant had applied for permission based on the perceived mixed use of the scheme.  After reviewing the case, Bloomfields were able to reframe the application to the Council which resulted in a subsequent approval.
