In achieving this successful outcome Bloomfields needed to satisfy the Council that there were no anticipated Transport or highways impacts deriving from the proposed development; there were no adverse noise impacts, no risk of contamination and that the new use was not at risk of flooding.   This change of use success gives Bloomfields client the opportunity to diversify on the farm and provide an additional form of income for their business.
