Lawful Development Certificate granted for use of land in Green Belt

An existing Lawful Development Certificate has been issued by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council which certified the use of a portion of agricultural land for the stationing of a mobile home and the erection of decking, fencing and other associated paraphernalia for recreational and leisure purposes in the Metropolitan Green Belt.

Bloomfields provided a robust evidential case consisting of signed Statutory Declarations, photographs, aerial imagery and other evidence which sufficiently demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Council that the land and mobile home had been used for the purposes specified for a period exceeding 10 years immediately prior to the submission of the application.
