Bloomfields successfully secured a Lawful Development Certificate on a residential annex that was thought to have been approved in the 80s for its continued use as a separate and self-contained dwelling.

We identified early on that we could secure an additional lawful residential unit on site. Motivation for this was that the site has future prospects of becoming a residential development site. This lawful residential unit now provides good grounding for further residential applications on site.
