Bloomfields have obtained the unrestricted residential use of a former Agriculturally tied farmhouse set within an existing area of agricultural land through the submission of a Certificate of Lawful Use at the site.
Within the submission, Bloomfields provided a case with robust justification and evidence to confirm that the use of the farmhouse had been assumed without compliance with the original Occupancy Condition for an extensive period of time, and which therefore made the use lawful.
